Nervecentre V9.0 Help for Users
Recording information during a procedure
After you send for a patient, you can record information in specific documents during the patient's procedure. This includes anaesthetic documents, theatre documents, and recovery documents. For example, op notes, a stop before you block checklist, or a recovery discharge checklist. You can add these documents from Patient Detail > Procedures.
You must submit all anaesthetic documents, theatre documents, and recovery documents before you can finalise a procedure record.
