During a procedure, you can complete WHO World Health Organisation. safety checklists. You complete these at specific points during the procedure, for example, before anaesthetic, before operating, or after operating.

Nervecentre has four types of WHO World Health Organisation. safety checklist. These are:

WHO Sign-In |
You complete this before anaesthetic starts. |

WHO Sign-In / Stop Moment |
You complete this before anaesthetic starts. You might use this for minor or very urgent procedures to save time. |
|
WHO Stop Moment |
You complete this before the operation starts. |
|
WHO Sign-Out |
You complete this after the operation is complete. |
The information you record in these WHO safety checklists depends on your organisation.
Adding and completing WHO safety checklists

From Theatres > Calendar, double-click on the patient's procedure.

From Procedures > Perform, mouseover Checklists and select +.

Select the checklist you want to add.

From the list on the left, select the checklist you added.

Complete the form, including all mandatory fields.
Mandatory fields are marked .

To submit the form, select Submit.
