Viewing and managing patients in your care

You can view lists of patients:

• With referrals, appointments, or listed procedures

• With planned admissions or admissions

• On Patient Tracking Lists (PTL)

• On waiting lists, or PIFU Patient Initiated Follow-Up. Allows patients and their carers the flexibility to arrange their follow-up appointments as and when they need them. lists

• Who sent SMS messages about their appointment

You can perform bulk actions. For example, you can:

• Cancel and reschedule multiple appointments

• Transfer multiple patients to another waiting list

• Place multiple patients with procedures on a waiting list

• Block or cancel multiple appointment slots
