Striking out observations for outpatients

You can strike out observations. You might strike out a set of observations when you have made a mistake, for example, if you have recorded a set of observations for the incorrect patient. Observations that have been struck out remain on grid charts, but they display Strikeout.

You can't undo this action.

Striking out observations for outpatients on a mobile

To strike out a set of observations:

  1. Select Outpatient.

    • On iOS, you might need to select More to see Outpatient.

    • On Android, select > Outpatients.

  2. Choose a clinic and a day to view.

  3. Select the patient's appointment.

  4. From Obs & Assessments, select Obs.

  5. Find History and select the observations you want to strike out.

  6. Enter a reason for striking out the observation.

  7. Select Strikeout.

    Struck out observations appear in the history.

  1. From  Outpatients > Clinic List > double-click on a patient's name > Patient Detail, select Clinical.

  2. Find Observations.

  3. Select the date and time the observation was recorded.

  4. Enter a reason for striking out the observation.

  5. Select Strikeout.
