About observation models for outpatients
Nervecentre uses observation models to dictate which observations must be recorded for your patient. Observation models can have different observations and advice messages.
When you enter an observation for an outpatient, you can choose an observation model.

Here are some examples of observation models:
-
Height and weight
For recording a patient's height and weight.
-
Adult bowels
For recording the appearance of a patient's stools.
-
Blood glucose
For recording a patient's blood glucose.
-
Urinalysis
For recording the results of urinalysis, including pH, glucose, white blood cells, and red blood cells.
Observation models might be different in your organisation.
