About additional charts for outpatients
Nervecentre uses additional charts to dictate which observations must be recorded for your patient. Additional charts can have different observations and advice messages.
To enter observations, you must choose an additional chart. Different additional charts allow you to record different observations.

Here are some examples of additional charts:

Height and weight
For recording a patient's height and weight.

Adult bowels
For recording the appearance of a patient's stools.

Blood glucose
For recording a patient's blood glucose.

Urinalysis
For recording the results of urinalysis, including pH, glucose, white blood cells, and red blood cells.
The additional charts available might be different in your organisation.
