Nervecentre V8.1 Help for Users
Managing tasks
Hospital at night, H@N
When a task or alert is sent to you, a notification appears on your mobile device. You can accept or decline a task. You can acknowledge an alert.
After you have accepted a task, the task appears in your task list.
Tasks can be sent to you:
-
When a task coordinator manually assigns the task to you
-
By Nervecentre as part of a workflow, for example, tasks for observations.
You can manage tasks you have been assigned.
If a task is forcibly assigned to you, you don't receive a notification.
Managing tasks on a mobile
Tasks are sent to your mobile device. You do not need to be logged in on a desktop to receive tasks. This means that you can continue with your day-to-day job and be notified wherever you are of a task that needs to be completed. You can view your list of tasks at any time.

When a task is assigned to you, the task is sent to your mobile.
-
If your mobile is open, and Nervecentre is open, the full screen is taken up by the task.
