About task status

You can view the status of tasks.
Tasks can have the statuses shown in the table below.
Not Assigned |
The task has been raised but not assigned. |
No-one Accepted |
The task has been refused by all users the task was sent to. If the task was sent to one user, then the task was refused by that user. |
Offering (username) |
The task is being offered to a specific user. |
Aborted |
The task had been accepted, then refused by the user. |
Aborted (No Time) |
The task had been accepted, then refused by the user because the user has no time to do the task. |
Check Manually (System Reset) |
Sometimes Nervecentre is temporarily offline, for example, due to networking issues. When Nervecentre comes back online, this status shows for tasks that you need to reopen and reassign. |
Accepted |
The task has been accepted by the user. |
Started |
The task has been started by the user. |
Closed |
The task has been closed. |

You can view the status of tasks when you select a task to view.

Inpatients > Patient List > double-click on a patient's name > Patient Detail > Clinical > the task summary
