Adding elective procedures to sessions

From  Theatres > Session, you can add elective procedures to a session before confirming the date with the patients having those procedures.

You can't do this on a mobile.

Adding elective procedures to sessions on a desktop

Specialty

Select a specialty.

Waiting list

Select a waiting list to view patients on that waiting list for their procedure.

Anaesthetist required

Select if an anaesthetist is required for the procedures.

Urgency

Select the urgency of the procedures.

Pre-op status

Select one or more pre-op statuses.

Treatment category

Select one or more treatment categories.

Short notice cancellation

Select if the procedures can be cancelled at short notice.

Provider cancellations greater than

Enter the number of times the procedures have been cancelled. For example, if you want to find procedures that have been cancelled more than two times previously, enter 2.

  1. From  Theatres > Calendar, select the name of a session you want to view.

  2. From Session, select .

  3. Select your search criteria.

    • To add search criteria, select +.

    • To clear a specific search term, select .

    • To clear all search terms, select .

    • To save your search and manage saved searches, select .

    • To search, select .

  4. To change the information that displays next to each patient, select an option from Profile.

  5. Select one or more patients from the list.

  6. Select List selected procedures > Confirm.

    The booking is orange on the calendar because it is not confirmed. You can confirm the date from Patient admin.
