Creating reports about pull lists, case note volumes, and loan requests
As a medical records manager, you can create reports about assigned pull lists, case note volumes, and loan requests.
For example, you might create a report to find out if a pull list was assigned to the correct person, or to find out why a case note volume is in the wrong location.
Creating reports on a mobile
You can't do this on a mobile.
Creating reports on a desktop

From Medical Records > Manage Case Notes > Search and Reports, select Assigned Pull Lists.

Enter your search criteria using the table below.
From
Select a date.
Your search returns pull lists assigned after this date.
To
Select a date.
Your search returns pull lists assigned before this date.
Assigned to
Select a user.
Your search returns pull lists assigned to this user.

Search for assigned pull lists.

Select to search.

To clear a single search option, select next to the search option.

To clear all search criteria, select X next to +.
A table of results is shown. You can group rows, change the columns shown, and filter the information shown.

To export the table as a report, select

From Medical Records > Manage Case Notes > Search and Reports, select Case Note Volumes.

Optional: select + to choose search options.

Enter your search criteria using the table below.
Case Note No
Enter a case note number.
The case note number is the case note ID without the volume number. For example, if the ID is 'UCN00000071-V2' and the case note number is 'UCN00000071'.
Your search returns case note volumes with this number.
Borrower
Enter a borrower code.
Your search returns case note volumes going to this borrower.
Status
Select a status.
Your search returns case note volumes with this status.
All
Select an option.

To view all case note volumes, select All

To view only case volumes that are duplicates, select Duplicates
Deceased
Select an option.

To view case note volumes for deceased patients, select Deceased

To view case note volumes for patients who are alive, select Not deceased
Created before
Select a date.
Your search returns case note volumes created before this date.
Not tracked since
Select a date.
Your search returns case note volumes that have not been tracked after this date.
Not tracked
Select this to view case note volumes that have never been tracked.

Borrower
Enter a borrower code.
Your search returns loan requests for case note volumes going to this borrower.
For example, if the borrower code is 'LIB', the case note volumes are going to the library.
Status
Select a status.
Your search returns loan requests with this status.
Case Note No
Enter a case note number.
The case note number is the case note volume ID without the volume number. For example, if the ID is 'UCN00000071-V2', then the case note number is 'UCN00000071'.
Your search returns loan requests for case note volumes with this number.
Hospital No
Enter a hospital number.
Your search returns loan requests made for a patient's case note volumes. The patient has this hospital number.
NHS No
Enter an NHS number.
Your search returns loan requests made for a patient's case note volumes. The patient has this NHS number.
