The MAR, or drug chart

This section explains how to view the whole MAR Medicines Administration Record. Also known as drug chart. A list of all medication prescribed and administered (given). and how to filter the MAR to see more specific information.

The MAR is where you view and administer medications.

• To open the MAR on a mobile, from your patient list > select a patient > Chart.

• To open the MAR on a desktop, from  Inpatients > Patient List > double-click on a patient's name > Patient Detail, select Meds.
