Viewing medication history

You can view current and previous medication history. You can't edit it here.

Viewing medication history on a mobile

1. From your patient list, select a patient.

2. Select Chart.

3. Select a prescription.

4. Find HISTORY. The history of the prescription appears here.

   This information is view only and is not interactive. You can view more details on the prescription on Nervecentre for desktop from the events log.

   

Viewing medication history on a desktop

Medication history shows all medication-related activity.

1. From  Inpatients > Patient List > double-click on a patient's name > Patient Detail , select Meds.

2. Select .

3. Select Show all prescriptions.

4. Drag one or more column headings upwards to filter the medication history by that heading.

5. Select > to show an expanded, in-detail view of the heading selected.

6. Mouseover a heading and select  for further search and filter options.

   You can view the MAR from a previous visit.
