Viewing medication history

1. From your patient list, select a patient.

2. Select Chart.

3. Select a prescription.

4. Find HISTORY.

   The history of the prescription appears here.

   This information is view only and is not interactive.

   You can view more details about the prescription on a desktop from the events log The events log has details of prescribing, administration and ordering are included. You can access it by selecting a medication name from the MAR or outpatient prescription list..

Medication history shows all medication-related activity.

1. From  Inpatients > Patient List > double-click on a patient's name > Patient Detail , select Meds.

2. Select .

3. Select Show all prescriptions.

4. Drag one or more column headings upwards to filter the medication history by that heading.

5. Select > to show an expanded, in-detail view of the heading selected.

6. Mouseover a heading and select  for further search and filter options.

   You can view the MAR from a previous visit.

From the events log, you can view details of a medication or fluid, including details and history of the prescription, the order history, administration events, and pharmacy actions.

To view the events log:

1. From  Inpatients > Patient List > double-click on a patient's name > Patient Detail, select Meds.

2. Select .

3. Select a medication.
