Editing and viewing TTO medications
You can view and edit a TTO prescription on a mobile or on a desktop.
Editing TTO medications on a mobile

From your patient list, select a patient.

Select TTO.
-
Select a TTO prescription.
-
Select Modify prescription.
-
Modify the prescription.
-
Select Submit.

From your patient list, select a patient.
-
Select TTO.
-
Select a TTO prescription.
-
Select Duration.
-
Enter a duration.
-
Select Back.

From your patient list, select a patient.
-
Select TTO.
-
Select a TTO prescription.
-
Select Supply.
-
Select a source that is supplying the medication.
For example, is the pharmacy supplying the medication, or the patient.

From your patient list, select a patient.
-
Select TTO.
-
Select a TTO prescription.
-
Select Dispense quantity.
-
Enter a dispense quantity.
-
Select Back.

From your patient list, select a patient.
-
Select TTO.
-
Select a TTO prescription.

Select GP action.
-
Select a GP action.

From your patient list, select a patient.

Select TTO.

Select a TTO prescription.

Select Additional information.
-
Enter a comment.
-
Select Back.

If an arrival medication was stopped, you can restart the arrival medication on the TTO list.

From your patient list, select a patient.

Select TTO.
-
Select a TTO prescription with the status Stopped.

Select Continue then Continue.
Editing TTO medications on a desktop

From Inpatients > Patient List > double-click on a patient's name > Patient Detail, select Meds.
-
Select > TTO.
-
Select the TTO prescription you want to edit.
-
Select Modify TTO prescription.
-
Modify the prescription.

From Inpatients > Patient List > double-click on a patient's name > Patient Detail, select Meds.

Select > TTO.
-
Find the TTO prescription you want to edit.

Double-click in Duration.
-
Enter the duration of the prescription.

From Inpatients > Patient List > double-click on a patient's name > Patient Detail, select Meds.
-
Select > TTO.
-
Find the TTO prescription you want to edit.

Double-click in Supply.
-
Select the supply source of the medication.

You can add a dispense quantity to medications on the TTO list. You must add a dispense quantity for controlled drugs.

From Inpatients > Patient List > double-click on a patient's name > Patient Detail, select Meds.

Select > TTO.
-
Find the TTO prescription you want to edit.
-
Double-click in Dispense quantity.
-
Enter a quantity to be dispensed.
If the medication is a controlled drug, Required displays. When you enter a number, that number is also displayed as a word. For example, if you enter 12, '12 (twelve)' displays.

From Inpatients > Patient List > double-click on a patient's name > Patient Detail, select Meds.

Select > TTO.
-
Find the TTO prescription you want to edit.

Double-click in GP action.
-
Select a GP action.
For example continue the prescription, or review the prescription.

From Inpatients > Patient List > double-click on a patient's name > Patient Detail, select Meds.

Select > TTO.
-
Find the TTO prescription you want to edit.

Double-click in Additional info.
-
Enter additional information.

You can view all actions relating to TTO prescriptions for the patient's current visit.

From Inpatients > Patient List > double-click on a patient's name > Patient Detail, select Meds.
- Select > TTO.

Select Show history.
