Deleting a TTO list, or a specific TTO medication
You can remove the entire list of TTO prescriptions from a desktop.
You can delete a specific medication from the list of TTO prescriptions on a mobile or desktop.

Deleting a new TTO prescription
If a TTO prescription is new, and was not originally an arrival medication, you can delete the TTO prescription from the TTO list.

From your patient list, select a patient, or scan a patient's wristband.

Select TTO.

Select a TTO prescription with the status Started.

Select Delete from TTO > Delete
Stopping a TTO prescription
If a TTO prescription was originally an arrival medication, you can stop the TTO prescription. You can restart a stopped TTO prescription.

From your patient list, select a patient, or scan a patient's wristband.

Select TTO.

Select a TTO prescription with the status Continue or Modified.

Select Stop > Stop.

Deleting the TTO list
If the entire TTO list is no longer needed:

From Inpatients > Patient List > double-click on a patient's name > Patient Detail, select Meds.

Select > TTO > Drop TTO.
Deleting a specific TTO medication
If you want to delete a single medication from the TTO list:

From Inpatients > Patient List > double-click on a patient's name > Patient Detail, select Meds.
- Select > TTO.

Find the medication you want to delete.

Select from the TTO column.
