Striking out an assessment
You can strike out an assessment from the assessment chart.
You can view struck-out assessments in the assessment chart. The background of struck-out assessments is grey. Information about the strikeout is shown in Comment.

If you strike out an assessment that has not been repeated, all associated timers or frequencies are removed. You must manually restart the assessment by repeating the assessment.

Find the patient's record.

For patients attending UEC Urgent and Emergency Care. In Nervecentre, this covers 'ED areas' and SDEC., and patients who are admitted, from your patient list, select a patient.

For outpatients, from Outpatient, select a patient's appointment to view their patient record in the context of that appointment.

Select Assmnts.

Select Chart.

Select the date and time of the assessment to strike out.

Enter a reason for striking out the assessment.

Select Strikeout to strike out the assessment.
Select Cancel to return to the chart.

Open the patient's record.

From Inpatients, select Patient List > double-click on a patient's name > Patient Detail.

From Outpatients, select Clinic List > double-click on a patient's name > Patient Detail.

From Clinical, find Assessments.

Select the date and time of the assessment to strike out.

Enter a reason for striking out the assessment.

Select Strikeout to strike out the assessment.
Select Cancel to return to the chart.
