You can print assessment charts from a desktop.

You can't do this on a mobile.

Printing an assessment chart on a desktop

1. Open the patient's record.

   • From  Inpatients, select Patient List > double-click on a patient's name > Patient Detail.

   • From  Outpatients, select Clinic List > double-click on a patient's name > Patient Detail.

2. From Clinical, find Assessments.

3. Select .

4. The default view is 'All'.

   • To print all assessments, select All.

   • To only print a specific type of assessment, select the type of assessment.

5. Select .

6. Choose how the assessment chart is printed.

   • To view a print preview of the assessment chart in colour, select Colour.

   • To view a print preview of the assessment chart in black and white, select B&W.

   If your organisation has configured printers, instead of showing you a print preview when you select Colour or B&W, Nervecentre prints the assessment charts.
