Nervecentre V8.1 Help for Users
Triaging referrals
As a clinician, you can review or triage referrals. This is where you decide what needs to happen with the referral. For example, you might look at a referral and decide that the patient needs an appointment.
An office administrator looks at your notes and performs any necessary actions. For example, accepting the referral and booking an appointment.
The steps for triaging a referral depend on the type of referral. Your organisation might create worklists that you can use to find referrals that you need to triage.
