Viewing worklists
A worklist is a list of work you need to do.
A worklist is made of entries. Each entry has a list of items are returned by a flow metric.
Flow metrics are queries created by your organisation. A flow metric returns a list of items that match a set of criteria.

For example, your worklist might have a group called 'Clinical forms'. The group include entries about clinical forms used in appointments. You might have entries called:
-
'Transcriptions to do'
This entry uses a flow metric that returns a list of clinical forms with the status 'Transcription Required'.
-
'Review form and send letters'
This entry uses a flow metric that returns a list of clinical forms with the status 'Transcription Complete, Review Required'.
You can double-click a clinical form in the list to view that form from Case Notes.
