Observations for outpatients

Nervecentre allows you to record manual observations, and receives observations from third party monitoring devices.

Observations for outpatients works differently to inpatients.

For outpatients, you can:

• View observations in a table

• Record observations on a desktop

For outpatients, you can't:

• Record observations on a mobile

• View observation graphs

• Print observation charts and graphs

Observations for outpatients don't have a frequency and due time. You don't have observation tasks or escalations for outpatients. Sepsis screening doesn't trigger when you record a set of observations.
