Skipping observations

Sometimes you can’t record a set of observations, for example, if the patient is physically unavailable in CT. In these circumstances, observations can be skipped. After skipping observations, Nervecentre sends you an alert to repeat the observations.

Skipping observations on a mobile

1. From your patient list, select a patient.

2. From Obs & Assessments, select Obs.

3. Select and hold the observation model.

4. Select Skip Observations.

5. Select an option.

   • Away from Ward.

   • On Leave.

   These options might be different in your organisation.

Skipping observations on a desktop

You can’t skip observations on the desktop.
