Creating and managing folders
From Messaging > > Folders, you can create and manage folders for messages you have received. Folders allow you to organise messages into your own defined categories. Other users can't see your personal folders.
Creating and managing folders on a mobile
Creating a folder
You can create your own folders on a mobile. You can't create shared folders and inboxes on a mobile.

From Messaging > Mail > Folders, select +.

Enter a name for your folder.
Renaming a folder
You can only do this on iOS.

From Messaging > Mail > Folders, select and hold on a folder, shared folder, or shared inbox.

Enter a name for the folder.
Moving messages to a folder

From Messaging > Mail:

Select a message.

Or, select Folders, select a folder or inbox, then select a message.

To add a folder:

On iOS, select

On Android, select .

Select the appropriate folder or shared inbox.
Anyone with access to the folder or inbox can view the message. For example, if you move a message to a shared folder, anyone with access to the shared folder can view the message.
If you move messages from a shared inbox or folder, to a personal inbox or folder, people with access to the shared inbox or folder can no longer access the messages you moved. Nervecentre doesn't send a notification to tell them the messages moved.

From Messaging > , mouseover Folders and select +.

Enter a name for your folder.

From Messaging > > Folders, select a folder.

Select > Rename Folder.

Enter a new name for your folder.
Moving messages to a folder

From Messaging > , select any folder or inbox that contains messages.

To move:

A single message, double-click on the message.

One or more messages, select one or more messages.

Select .

Select a folder or inbox to move the message to.

Deleting a folder

From Messaging > > Folders, select a folder.

Select > Delete Folder > Confirm.
