Nervecentre V8.1 Help for Users
Cancelled or struck out results
Sometimes results are cancelled by the department that performed the investigation. For example, the department that tested the blood sample cancels a result. Cancelled results appear as struck out results in Nervecentre. You can view and acknowledge struck out results.
Some third-party systems can't provide Nervecentre cancellation updates. Depending on your permissions, you can manually cancel or strike out a result on a desktop.
