Ordering medications

1. From your patient list, select a patient.

2. From Chart, select a prescription.

3. Select Order.

4. Enter a comment.

You can't cancel an ordered medication on a mobile. You must use Nervecentre EPMA for desktop to cancel an order.

1. From  Inpatients > Patient List > double-click on a patient's name > Patient Detail, select Meds.

2. Select the name of a medication to view the events log.

   • From Meds > , select the medication name.

   • From Clinical > Current Medications, select the medication name.

3. Select Order medicine.

4. Enter notes and confirm.

   The order and any notes entered are displayed under Orders.

You can also order medications from the MAR. Select  next to the medication name.

3. Select Order medicine > Cancel order.

4. Enter any notes as needed.

You can also cancel medication orders from the MAR. Select  next to the medication name.
