Discharge and TTOs

In Nervecentre EPMA, TTO To Take Out. Often used to describe the medicines added to the discharge letter, and, informally, the letter itself. refers to the medications added to the discharge summary.

You can create TTO prescriptions. To each TTO, you can add the duration, supply, dispense quantity, GP action, and additional information. TTOs can be modified, stopped, and started. You can also create empty TTOs, for example, to allow for pharmacy review, or to complete later on a mobile.

You can create and send discharge summaries and letters.
