Creating and editing worklists
Depending on your permissions, you can create and edit worklists.
Creating and editing worklists on a mobile
You can't do this on a mobile.
Creating and editing worklists on a desktop

From Outpatients, select Worklists.

Select .

Select Create New Worklist.
-
Enter a name for the worklist.

Optional: to share the worklist with other users, select Shared.

Select Add.
-
Add entries to the worklist.

Select Done Editing.

From Outpatients, select Worklists.

Select .
-
Select Copy Worklist.
-
Enter a name for the worklist.

From Shared, select an option to choose if other users can see the worklist.

Optional: select a specialty.
-
Optional: select a consultant.
-
Optional: select a site.
-
Select Create Worklist.
Your new worklist appears. You can add entries to this worklist.

From Outpatients, select Worklists.

Select .
-
Select Edit Worklist.

Optional: change the name of the worklist.

Optional: share the worklist, or stop sharing the worklist.

To share the worklist with other users, select Shared.

To stop sharing the worklist, clear Shared.
The worklist is only visible to the creator of the worklist when you stop sharing.

Select Save.

From Outpatients, select Worklists.

Select .

Select Delete Worklist.

Select Delete.
