Adding and editing entries in worklists
Depending on your permissions, you can add and edit entries in worklists.
Adding and editing entries in worklists on a mobile
You can't do this on a mobile.
Adding and editing entries in worklists on a desktop

From Outpatients, select Worklists.

Select .
-
Select Add/Edit Entries.

Select + Add.
If you have groups, select + Add under the group you want to add the entry to.

Enter a label.
This label helps you identify the entry in a worklist. For example, if the entry shows referrals that need triage, you might add the label 'Needs triage'.
By default, the label matches the name of the flow metric.

Choose a group for the entry.
If you added the entry under a group name, this is automatically populated.

To not add the entry to a group, leave Group blank.

To add an entry to a new group, enter a name for the new group.

To add an entry to an existing group, enter the name of the group.
The name must exactly match the name of an existing group.

Enter a number in sort order.
The sort order determines how entries in each group are sorted.
Lower numbers are shown higher in the group.

Choose a flow metric or create a new live query.

To choose a flow metric, select a flow metric from the list.

Depending on your permissions, you can create a live query. A live query is a type of flow metric.
To create a live query, select Add flow metric.
The live flow metric editor opens.

Choose a default clinical note profile.
The clinical note profile changes the columns that appear.

Select Save.

Optional: add more entries.

Select Done Editing.
