Viewing and managing favourite recipients

Nervecentre automatically promotes people, distribution lists, and shared inboxes to be favourite recipients when you frequently send messages to them. When you create a message and search for a recipient, your favourite recipients appear at the top of the list. appears next to your favourite recipients.

You can view and manage your favourite recipients from Messaging > Message Settings > Favourites > Show All. If you want a favourite recipient to always be a favourite, you can make them a permanent favourite. If you don't want a recipient to be a favourite, you can delete them from your list of favourites.

If you frequently send messages to a person, distribution list, or shared inbox, Nervecentre automatically marks them as a favourite recipient.

If you want a favourite recipient to always be a favourite, you can make them a permanent favourite.

  1. From Messaging > Message Settings > Favourites > Show All, select the favourite recipient you want to make permanent.

  2. Select Make Permanent.

If you don't want a recipient to be a favourite, you can delete them from your list of favourites.

  1. From Messaging > Message Settings > Favourites > Show All, select the recipient you want to delete from your list of favourites.

  2. Select Delete.
