Updating coded advanced clinical notes
On a desktop, you can update coded advanced clinical notes. These clinical notes only appear on forms, and they look like a table. You can add rows to the table, and select options for each column in the table.
For example, you might find this type of clinical note in a clinical outcome form for an appointment. This clinical note might be used to list outpatient procedures that the patient needs.
