Clinical notes

Nervecentre allows you to enter information in a range of data fields, called clinical notes.

Clinical notes can be found in forms, on a patient list dashboard, or in a patient's record. The information in the clinical note can persist across an episode, visit, or appointment. Some clinical notes contain information that is permanently attached to the patient's record, for example, allergies.

You can enter a range of types of information, for example, selecting from customisable lists and lists of SNOMED coded data, entering free text, pasting information from the clipboard, and uploading images.

The clinical notes you see depend on your organisation and your permissions.
