Nervecentre V8.1 Help for Users
Adding and editing ward stays for an inpatient visit
You can add, edit, and delete ward stays for a visit from Patient Detail > Patient admin > Show pathways > Inpatient. This includes inpatient visits, visits as a ward attender, visits to an assessment area, and visits to a virtual ward.
A ward stay is a period of time where the patient stayed in ward or area. For example, at the start of a patient's visit, they stay in Ward 5. Then after a few days, the patient is transferred to Ward 9. The patient's visit has two ward stays: one in Ward 5, and another in Ward 9.
You can edit a ward stay during or after the patient's visit. You might edit a ward stay if another user made an error.
