Nervecentre V7.2 Help for Users
Sometimes results are cancelled at the lab. Cancelled results appear as struck out results in Nervecentre. You can view and acknowledge struck out results on a mobile or desktop.
You can't cancel or strike out results in Nervecentre.

Viewing struck out results
Struck out results can still be signed off as reviewed.
If the results were signed off before they were struck out, that sign-off is removed because the data has changed.
