Returning a patient to an emergency waiting list

You can cancel a patient's theatre booking for an emergency procedure and return the patient to an emergency waiting list from Patient Detail > Procedures. You might return a patient to an emergency waiting list if you ran out of time to do their procedure, and you plan to do the procedure tomorrow instead.

You can then add the emergency procedure to another session.

You can't do this on a mobile.

Returning a patient to an emergency waiting list on a desktop

From  Theatres > Calendar, double-click on the patient's procedure.

Read about viewing sessions in your calendar
From Procedures > Progress, select Return to Waiting List > Confirm.
