Recording if a patient is fit for surgery
You can record if a patient is, or is not, fit for surgery from Patient admin > Show pathways > Procedures.
Depending on your organisation, you can mark a patient as fit for surgery from a pre-op form, or clinical outcome form. You complete this form during a pre-op appointment.

Recording if a patient is fit for surgery on a mobile
You can't do this on a mobile.
Recording if a patient is fit for surgery on a desktop

Open the patient's record.

From Inpatients, select Patient List > double-click on a patient's name > Patient Detail.

From Outpatients, select Clinic List > double-click on a patient's name > Patient Detail.

From Patient Detail > Patient admin > Show pathways > Procedures > Scheduled and Waiting List Procedures, find a procedure where the column Fit for Surgery contains 'Not determined'.

Select the procedure.

Select Set Fit for Surgery.

Select Yes.
Fit for Surgery changes to 'Fit for Surgery'.

Open the patient's record.

From Inpatients, select Patient List > double-click on a patient's name > Patient Detail.

From Outpatients, select Clinic List > double-click on a patient's name > Patient Detail.

From Patient Detail > Patient admin > Show pathways > Procedures > Scheduled and Waiting List Procedures, find a procedure where the column Fit for Surgery contains 'Fit for Surgery'.

Select the procedure.

Select Undo Fit for Surgery.

Select Yes.
Fit for Surgery changes to 'Not determined'.
