About alerts for orders

Some services have information and alerts attached. Alerts appear when you select a service or order set.

Some alerts need acknowledgement, and some prevent you from adding the service. Some alerts ask you questions, and your answer can change if you can progress.

The alerts you see depend on your organisation.

	Severity level of the alert. There are five severity levels of alerts.
	You don't need to acknowledge this alert.
	Select to acknowledge the alert.
Yes No	Select an option to answer the alert.
	You can't proceed with this service.
