Editing or deleting an input or output
You can rename or delete most inputs and outputs. The inputs and outputs that can't be changed or removed depend on your organisation.
You can also add new inputs and outputs.

Editing or deleting an input or output on a mobile

From your patient list, select a patient.

From Obs & Assessments, select Fluids.

Select > Rename.

Select the input or output you want to rename.

Enter the new name and select OK.

Select > Remove.

Select the input or output you want to remove.
If this input or output has had no values added since midnight, it is immediately removed from the chart. If values have been added since midnight, it remains on the chart until the next midnight, when it is removed.
Editing or deleting an input or output on a desktop
On a desktop, the column names do not change immediately after you make changes. To refresh the fluid balance chart, select the name of the observation chart, then select the fluid balance chart.

From Inpatients > Patient List > double-click on a patient's name > Patient Detail , select Clinical.

From Observations, select the row for fluid balance.

Mouseover the row for fluid balance and select ▼ > Rename.

Select the input or output you want to rename.

Type the new name and then select Save.

Select the input or output you want to remove.
