Removing prescriptions from the outpatient prescription list

You can remove prescriptions from the outpatient prescription list.

You can only remove medications that have not been administered or dispensed. You can cancel a dispense request and then remove the medication.

You can’t remove outpatient prescriptions on a mobile.

  1. From  Outpatients > Clinic List > double-click on a patient's name > Patient Detail, select Meds.

  2. Select next to the name of the correct appointment.

    You can only remove medications in the selected appointment.

  3. Find the medication you want to remove.

  4. Select in the Remove column to remove the medication.
