Updating body map clinical notes
You can add a body map to some clinical notes on a desktop. You can annotate the body map.
Updating body map clinical notes on a mobile
You can’t update or view body maps on a mobile.
If a body map has been added on a desktop, from a mobile the clinical note shows 'n image', where n is the number of body map images.
Updating body map clinical notes on a desktop

You can add body maps to some clinical notes. You can select a body map in a clinical note to view and edit it.

Select Switch to Compare mode to compare body maps. Read more about comparing body maps Select Delete All Images to delete all body maps. Read more about deleting all body maps Select Close to leave the body map viewer. |

Shows the selected body map. Select a point on the body map to add a numbered label. Drag a number to move it to another position. |

Shows the name of the body map, the user who updated the body map, and when the body map was updated. Select the name of the body map to enter a new name. Read more about editing the name of an body map Select a number in the list to add an annotation. Select Remove to remove an annotation. |

Find a clinical note that you can add a body map to, for example, 'Bodymaps'.

Select Add to add a new body map.

Select a body map.

Optional: select the title of the body map. Enter a title.

Optional: annotate the body map.

Select a part of the body map. A number appears on the body map and in the panel on the right.

In the panel on the right, select the box next to the number.

Enter an annotation.

To remove an annotation, select Remove next to the annotation.

Select Save and Close to save your text and close the dialogue box.
Select Close without Saving to leave the dialogue box without saving your text.

Select a body map to view and edit.

Select a part of the body map. A number appears on the body map and in the panel on the right.

In the panel on the right, select the box next to the number.

Enter an annotation.

To remove an annotation, select Remove next to the annotation.

Select Close, then select an option.

To save your changes, select Yes, save my changes

To not save your changes, select No, discard my changes

To keep annotating and comparing body maps, select No, stay on this page

Annotations are not shown in compare mode.

Select Switch to Compare mode and select the body maps to compare.

Select Switch to Single mode to go back to viewing a single body map.

Select Close, then select an option.

To save your changes, select Yes, save my changes

To not save your changes, select No, discard my changes
