Troubleshooting problems with the business continuity application
If you have problems, try clearing the print queue and looking at the application logs.

If the business continuity application closes unexpectedly, you might need to clear the print queue on the application itself.

From the home page of the business continuity application, select PRINT.

Select Delete Print Queue or select > .

You can view the application logs as text files.
They are in a location like this:
C:\Users\<User>\AppData\Local\Packages\Nervecentre.NervecentreBusinessContinuityPlan_<randominstallid>\LocalState\Logs
Where <User> is the Windows account logged into the Windows 10 device, and <randominstallid> is an alphanumerical string applied on installation.
For example:
C:\Users\BCPWindowsUser\AppData\Local\Packages\Nervecentre.NervecentreBusinessContinuityPlan_0pp9msvf5gn96\LocalState\Logs
