Assigning consultant episodes
From Back office > Clinical Coding, you can assign consultant episodes that need coding to yourself. Depending on your permissions, you can assign consultant episodes to other users, and unassign consultant episodes.
Assigning consultant episodes on a mobile
You can't do this on a mobile.
Assigning consultant episodes on a desktop

From Back office > Clinical Coding, search for consultant episodes.

Select a consultant episode.

Select Assign > Assign to me.
Assigning consultant episodes to other users

From Back office > Clinical Coding, search for consultant episodes.

Select a consultant episode.

Select Assign > Select User.

To filter your search to online users, or online and offline users, select an option from Filter.

To search for a user, enter the name of the user, then select Search.
A list of users appears.

Select a user from the list.
Unassigning consultant episodes
-
From Back office > Clinical Coding, search for consultant episodes.

Select a consultant episode that is already assigned.

Select Assign > Unassign.
