Recording and editing daily summaries
You can record a summary of a patient's state when they are in critical care. You can record one summary for each day the patient has been in critical care. You can record summaries retrospectively, and edit previous summaries.
After a patient has been discharged, you can no longer record and edit daily summaries. If a patient was discharged in error, you can return them to critical care and edit their daily summaries.
