Printing order details in the event of third-party system failure

In the event of third-party system failure, for example, your radiology system is down, you can print the order details from a desktop, but not from a mobile.

Do not print orders unless you are specifically instructed to. This function is for emergency use only, for example, if your radiology information system is down. This prints a copy of the form you completed when you requested the order.

Emergency printing on a desktop

1. From  > Clinical pages > select a patient > Patient Detail.

2. Select Investigations.

   Read an overview of the main investigations page

3. Select .

4. Select an order.

5. Select  > Print order details.

6. Select and print.
