Fulfilling a subject access request (SAR)
SAR, subject access report
A patient might request copies of their health record, and any other information saved in Nervecentre. Depending on your permissions, you can create subject access reports about a patient from Patient Detail > Patient admin > View reports. You can give these reports to the patient who requested the information.
Fulfilling a subject access request on a mobile
You can't do this on a mobile.
Fulfilling a subject access request on a desktop

Open the patient's record.

From Inpatients, select Patient List > double-click on a patient's name > Patient Detail.

From Outpatients, select Clinic List > double-click on a patient's name > Patient Detail.

From Patient Detail > Patient admin, select View reports.

Select your search criteria using the table below.
From
Select the date you want to search from.
To
Select the date you want to search to.
Report
Select the type of report you want to create.
To create all reports, select All Reports.
To clear a single search option, select next to the search option.
To clear all search criteria, select X.

Select to search.
The report appears in your browser's default PDF reader.

Print or download the report.
