Striking out fluid balance values

If you entered and submitted wrong fluid balance information, you can strike it out on a mobile.

Striking out removes all input and output entries from the time or specific entry that you choose.

Striking out fluid balance values on a mobile

  1. From your patient list, select a patient.

  2. From Obs & Assessments, select Fluids.

  3. Select the time of the value you want to strike out.

    If there are multiple entries for the hour, select the right time from the list.

  4. Select Strikeout and enter a reason.

You can't do this on a desktop.
