Reverting and printing completed or cancelled medication orders for outpatients

You can revert a medication order where the medication has been collected or the order cancelled.

You can print the dispensation sheet for medications that have been collected or cancelled.

Reverting and printing completed or cancelled orders on a mobile

You can't do this on a mobile.

Reverting and printing completed or cancelled orders on a desktop

  1. From  Pharmacy > Outpatient Orders, select a pharmacy from Pharmacy.

  2. Select to search for a patient.

    Or, select a patient from the list on the left.

  3. From Completed and cancelled orders, select next to the medication you want to revert.

  4. Select Revert to dispensed.

    The prescription is shown in Outstanding Orders.

  5. Follow the steps for dispensing a medication.

  1. From  Pharmacy > Outpatient Orders, select a pharmacy from Pharmacy.

  2. Select to search for a patient.

    Or, select a patient from the list on the left.

  3. From Completed and cancelled orders, select next to the medication you want to print.

  4. Select Reprint.

    The prescription appears under Outstanding Orders.

    A PDF file opens.

  5. Print the PDF file.

  6. Follow the steps for dispensing a medication.
