Stopping and restarting a care plan

1. From your patient list, select a patient.

2. From Obs & Assessments, select Care Plans.

3. Select a care plan.

4. Select  > Stop Care Plan.

5. Enter a reason.

1. From your patient list, select a patient.

2. From Obs & Assessments, select Care Plans.

3. View a list of previous and stopped care plans.

   • On iOS, select Archived.

   • On Android, select Previous.

4. Select a care plan.

5. Select  > Reinstate Care Plan.

6. Select Reinstate.

1. From  Inpatients > Patient List > double-click on a patient's name > Patient Detail > Clinical, find Care Plans.

2. From Care Plans, select .

3. Select the care plan you want to stop.

   

4. Select Completed.

   Stopped care plans appear under Previous Care Plans. You can restart them from there.

If a patient has previously been on a care plan, on this visit or a previous visit, you can reinstate the care plan. It reuses all patient-specific edits from the last time it was used. Once started, you can edit the care plan.

1. From  Inpatients > Patient List > double-click on a patient's name > Patient Detail > Clinical, find Care Plans.
2. From Care Plans, select .
3. From Previous Care Plans, select the care plan.

   

4. Select Reinstate.
