Discharge and TTOs

This section explains how to create and edit TTOs, and how to create and send discharge summaries.

In Nervecentre EPMA, TTO To Take Out. Often used to describe the medicines added to the discharge letter, and, informally, the letter itself. refers only to the medications element of the discharge process. You can add TTO medications, duration, supply, dispense quantity, GP action and additional information to the TTO. TTOs can be modified, stopped, and started. You can also create empty TTOs, for example, to allow for pharmacy review, or to complete later on a mobile.
