Administering and recording medications

This section explains how to administer and log medications and fluids, how to log doses after they were administered, what to do if a dose is delayed or missing, how to record that a dose was not administered, and what to do if something adverse happens.

Flagging a medication for review

If you think the medication on the MAR needs to be reviewed you can place it on a hard or soft review. Flagging medications for review is not covered in this section.
