Viewing discharge summaries from your home page dashboard

On Nervecentre for desktop your home page includes a dashboard, which you can fully customise by adding summaries. Each summary lists information. Information about in-progress discharges appears in ward summaries. You can add multiple summaries for different wards.

You cannot view overview and summary information on a mobile.

  1. From Home, select Add.

  2. To add a ward summary, select Ward/area dashboards, then select a ward.

  1. From Home, select Discharge summaries in progress from a ward summary.

    A list of patients opens, showing information about the patient and the status of the discharge process.

  2. Double-click a patient to view their discharge summary form.
