Viewing medication history

You can view current and previous medication history. You cannot edit it here.

Viewing medication history on a mobile

  1. From Patient list > (select a patient) > Chart, select a prescription.

  2. The history of the prescription appears under HISTORY.

This information is view only and is not interactive. For more detail of the prescription, go to the desktop events log.

Viewing medication history on a desktop

Medication History shows all medication-related activity.

  1. Select and then Show all prescriptions or Show drug chart from previous episode.

  2. from the menu to view current or previous episode.

  3. You can filter the medication history by dragging any of the headers in the blue bar upwards. Drag one or more headers upwards to customise the view.

  4. Select to show an expanded, in-detail view of the header selected.

  5. Mouse over a header and select for further search and filter options.
