About the pharmacy arrival form

This is desktop only. You cannot use the pharmacy arrival form on a mobile.

Access to this form is based on user permissions.

1. To open pharmacy notes, select  > Arrived on.

2. The design of the pharmacy form depends on your organisation. This is an example.

   

3. You can select compliance aids Device in which a patient's medications are sorted into separate compartments to aid self-administration. and user details from lists.

4. You can add pharmacy notes as free text.
