Clinical notes

Nervecentre allows you to enter information in a range of data fields, called clinical notes. Clinical notes can be just for a single form or dashboard, or they can persist across an episode, visit, or can remain permanently attached to a patient's record. You can enter a range of types of information, for example, selecting from lists and lists of SNOMED coded data, entering free text, and uploading images. The clinical notes you see depend on your organisation and your job title.
